2008 Meeting Calendar

Typically, about six TPC meetings are scheduled per calendar year. TPC meetings are held on the 4^th Wednesday of the month scheduled at 1:30 p.m. in the LFUCG Council Chamber, 2^nd Floor, 200 E. Main St.  At least two scheduled TPC meetings per year are held in Jessamine County at the Jessamine County Courthouse located at 101 North Main St. in the City of Nicholasville, KY. Usually, at least one special meeting per year is necessary to conduct essential MPO business during months in which meetings are not scheduled.  As much advance notice is given to TPC Members as possible (Note: Refer to LFUCG Section 4.103 and KRS 61.823 Special meetings, Emergency meetings requirements of the General Provisions).  TTCC meetings are held monthly on the 2^nd Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in the Phoenix Bldg., 7^th floor conference rm., 101 E. Vine St..  TSC meetings are held on the 2^nd Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the LFUCG Phoenix Bldg., 3^rd floor conference rm., 101 E. Vine St.  CMC meetings are generally held on the same dates as TTCC meetings at 1:30 p.m. at either the 7^th Floor Phoenix Bldg. conference rm. or the Traffic Management Center on the 3rd floor of the Phoenix Bldg., 101 E. Vine.  It is likely that some TTCC, CMC, and TSC meeting dates will be cancelled during the year.  Committee members are given prior written notice of cancellations.  BPAC meetings are held monthly on the 1^st Friday of each month at 12:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Bldg., 7^th floor conference rm., 101 E. Vine St..  *Only the January BPAC meeting will be held on the 5^th floor conference rm., 200 E. Main St.. AQAC meetings are held on the 4^th Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in the Phoenix Bldg., 7^th floor conference rm. The April and October AQAC meetings will be held at the 7^th  floor library,  101 E. Vine St.
